Seeing Sound 👀

Service Description
This course brings sound to life in ways you can both see and hear. Students begin with the Chladni experiment, where sound vibrations create stunning geometric patterns in sand, revealing how sound waves move through matter. From there, the course dives into the engineering behind sound, blending science with real-world applications. Through guided lessons and hands-on projects, learners will explore: • Frequencies and Hertz (Hz): how pitch and tone are measured. • Decibels (dB): understanding sound intensity and safe listening levels. • The physics of sound waves, frequency, and resonance. • Visualizing sound using the Chladni plate experiment. • Building simple circuits and amplifiers to boost and shape sound. • Working with Bluetooth receivers to connect sound wirelessly. • Designing and test their own speaker systems that transform electrical signals into music.
